Meduvi was founded by Renee Lin after managing and implementing many systems development projects for a number of Boston area healthcare companies. Renee loves helping people and enjoys helping candidates find a good career match. At Meduvi, Renee advises client companies, job candidates, Meduvi staff and the Greater Boston community on talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion, professional development, healthcare, technology and entrepreneurship.  Prior to Meduvi, Renee spent 11+ years managing IT projects performing functions in project management, business analysis, data analysis and quality assurance with 8+ years in healthcare. She was Healthcare Practice Lead with an IT consulting company. Her thought leadership and research has been featured in Healthcare IT News and Nature Magazine. Renee holds a Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and attended Dana Hall School. She currently serves as the VP of Relations at the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) Boston chapter and has volunteered with New England HIMSS, Venture Cafe, Boston Museum of Science and ProjectHealth. Renee's passion is to inspire people!

Mina Kilgallen
Operations Manager

Mina Kilgallen is the Operations Manager at Meduvi, where she is responsible for back office tasks ranging from human resources, employee benefits, finance and accounting. In her free time, Mina likes to illustrate animation!
